Pre-submission Seminar Details:
1. Schedule Date: 04-05-2009 to 08-05-09.
2. All the students must present on these days.
3. Students must come with Dress code & ID Card.
4. Project Execution is must.
5. Must bring:
1. Company Profile Certificate.
2. Project Completion Certificate.
3. Attendence Certificate (whole).
6. One soft copy of the project Documentation along with the following particulars:

Note:

    1.  All the Students must pay Rs. 510 for Provisional Certificate on of before 04-05 -09 by personally.

   2.  All 5 semester marks memo Xerox copies should bring on the review date.

   3.  For the Best Outgoing Student award , Students must send their details to college id like:

          i.  percentage of marks from ssc to now.

          ii .Achievements if any.

          iii.Sports.

          iv. GRE & Tofel 

   4.  Placements obtain in the companies.

and proofs should be submitted for the above on presubmission seminar day itself

Second Review details:
To Bring:

2. Testing(all types of test cases regarding your project).
3. Implementation(Screens).

Note:
1.All the students must come with Identity Cards, Neat Dress code & Recquired software's, if any fail their project will not be considered
2 . All students must come with attendance Report.
3 . PowerPointPresentations of the above specifics.
4. Complete Documentation soft copy .
5. Fee due students are not allowed for Review.

Certificate:
This is to inform to all the students that the date's should be from 09-01-2009 to 25-04-09 on your project completion certificate and it should be filed in your Thesis.
